Automation
Contract automation software for the whole agreement
Contract automation software removes the manual steps around an agreement. Signee fills contracts from CRM fields, routes them to the right approver, sends them for signature in order with reminders, reads renewal dates from the signed copy and starts follow up work, such as updating the deal or notifying billing, the moment the last signer finishes.

Where the time goes in a manual contract
Most of the time spent on a sales contract is not negotiation. It is copying the customer name, address, price and start date from the CRM into a document, chasing someone for approval in chat, emailing a PDF, reminding the signer twice, saving the signed file into a folder and typing the renewal date into a spreadsheet. Each step is small, and each one is a place where a wrong number or a missed date gets in.
Signee replaces those steps with rules you set once. A template knows which CRM field goes into which variable, an approval rule knows who must look at a discount above 15 percent, and a workflow knows what has to happen after signature. Your team still decides the terms. Signee does the moving around.
Automation starts at the draft. Use a saved template with variables through document assembly software, or describe the deal in one sentence and let the AI contract generator write the first version.

What you can automate
Every step from draft to renewal
Each automation is optional. Turn on the ones that save your team time and leave the rest manual.
Fill from CRM data
Map CRM fields to template variables once. New agreements arrive with company name, contacts, price and dates already filled in. Business and Company plans.
Approval rules
Route an agreement to the right person by deal value, discount or a changed clause. Approval is tied to the exact version that gets sent.
Signing order and reminders
Set who signs first, when reminders go out and when the request expires. Missing fields are caught before anything is sent.
Renewal and notice alerts
End dates, renewal terms and notice periods are read from the signed copy and turned into email alerts for the owner.
Workflows after signature
When the last signer finishes, update the deal stage, create an onboarding task, notify a team channel or call a webhook.
API and webhooks
Create agreements from your own product and receive events such as sent, viewed, signed and declined. 1,000 calls a day on Business, 10,000 on Company.

Automation that keeps people in charge
Automation in Signee never signs on your behalf and never changes terms by itself. A person writes or approves the text, a person signs, and every automated step is written to the audit trail with the rule that triggered it, so you can always explain why an agreement went where it went. The same trail supports the evidence described in e-signature legality.
Approval paths are described in detail in contract workflow software. If you want to drive agreements from your own system, the contract API covers creating, sending and tracking documents and receiving signed events by webhook.
After signature the contract does not disappear into a folder. Dates and obligations land in contract renewal tracking, where the owner gets an alert before each notice deadline.
How it works
Set up an automated sales contract
-
1
Save a template
Turn your order form or services agreement into a template and mark the variables such as fee, term and notice days.
-
2
Connect the CRM
Map CRM fields to the variables, so a new agreement starts from the deal instead of from a blank page.
-
3
Add rules
Decide who approves what, the signing order, reminder timing and expiry. Rules apply to every new agreement.
-
4
Add the after step
Choose what happens once it is signed: deal stage, task, team notification or webhook.
