Where a generator helps and where a lawyer still matters

Drafting is part of each plan, with a monthly allowance that resets with your billing period. Deleting a draft does not give the allowance back.

Is an AI generated contract legally valid

A contract is valid because the parties agree to its terms and sign it, not because of how the text was written. A draft from the generator is a starting point. Generated agreements are templates and drafting assistance, not legal advice, and Signee is not a law firm.

What do I need to write in the sentence

The parties, what is being sold or done, the price and how often it is paid, the term and the notice period. Extras such as auto renewal, a liability cap or mutual confidentiality can be added in the same sentence.

Which governing laws can I choose

Delaware, California, New York, England and Wales, or the EU member state where the provider has its seat. The governing law clause is always the last clause of the draft.

How many AI drafts are included

Starter includes 20 AI drafts per month, Business 100 and Company 400. The count is usage in the billing period, so deleting a draft does not free a draft.

Can I edit the draft after it is generated

Yes. Every clause can be edited, removed or added, and each save becomes a new version with its author, so you can always see what changed after the AI draft.

Does the generator invent missing details

No. If the sentence does not include a value, such as the counterparty email or the start date, the field stays empty and is highlighted in amber until someone fills it.
