How much do I save with yearly billing

Yearly billing is half the monthly price: Starter 24 USD instead of 49, Business 74 USD instead of 149 and Company 249 USD instead of 499 per month, paid once a year.

Do signers need a paid seat

No. People who only sign do not need an account or a seat. Users are the people in your team who draft, approve and send agreements.

What happens if I reach a monthly limit

You can keep drafting and editing. Sending more documents or AI drafts waits for the next billing month, or you can move to a higher plan at any time and pay the difference right away.

Can I change or cancel my plan

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately after the prorated difference is paid. Cancelling from the billing portal stops the next renewal, and access stays until the end of the paid period.
